Banneker: A Bully Free School

 

Bullying prevention is one of Banneker's top priorities. We encourage students and parents alike to report incidents of bully to enable us to deal with the issue immediately and effectively. Our behavior coach, Pam May  presents lessons on bullying prevention throughout the year. Juanita Chandler, our school counselor also provides conseling to students regarding bullying. Classroom teachers discuss bullying with their students as a part of our school's PBS (Postivie Behavior System) program.
